Day 01 - Zagreb - Arrival Day
Arrival in Zagreb airport. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation. Sightseeing tour of Zagreb. Visit the older historic Upper Town with its neo-gothic Assumption Cathedral, the famous St. Mark's Church, the colorful market, and old Banski Dvori Palace. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 02 - Zagreb - Shibenik - Split
Departure for the beautiful Dalmatian coast. Visit to the town of Shibenik - St. Jacov Cathedral, the Palace, the Town Lodge. Drive to Split. Accommodation at hotel. Evening walking tour in Split - the palace of the Roman Emperor Diokletian, the Cathedral, Jupiter temple, the Golden, Silver and Iron Gates, etc. Overnight in Split.
Day 03 - Split - Dubrovnik
Departure for Dubrovnik. Guided sightseeing tour in the Old town - Pile Gate, Stradun Street, Franciscan Monastery, Sponza Palace, St. Blaise's Church and the Rector's Palace. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 04 - Dubrovnik - Mostar - Sarajevo
Departure for Bosna and Herzegovina. Visit to the town of Mostar. Photo break at the Old Bridge - built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and considered one of the most impressive pieces of Islamic architecture on the Balkans. Drive to the multicultural city of Sarajevo for overnight.
Day 05 - Sarajevo
In the morning sightseeing tour of Sarajevo. Sarajevo was once well regarded as the open-minded and tolerant home to all of the three of the major ethnic persuasions of the Balkans. In 1984, a very cosmopolitan Sarajevo played host to the Winter Olympic Games. Free afternoon for a walk along the famous Turkish Bash charshia. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 06 - Belgrade
Departure for Serbia. Arrival in Belgrade - visit the Kalemegdan fortress, Republic Square, National theatre, National museum, Knez Mihaylova street, Terazije Square, Federal Assembly, Nikola Tesla museum, Belgrade museum, Ivo Andric House, St. Marco's Church, St. Sava Temple, and Memorial Center Josip Broz Tito. Accommodation and overnight in Belgrade.
Day 07 - Belgrade - Nish - Skopje
Departure for Macedonia. On the way stop for a short walking tour in the town of Nish - Nish fortress built by the Turks in the 18th century, the Tower of Skulls (Chele Kula), Villa Mediana â€“ archaeological reserve, Roman villa-rustica from the 3rd century, probable birthplace of the Roman emperor â€“ Constantine the Great. Drive to Skopje. Accommodation and overnight in Skopje.
Day 08 - Skopje - End of Tour
Walking tour in Skopje - Macedonia Square with the sculptural compositions from the project â€œSkopje 2014â€, among which the monument of Alexander the Great and the Arch of Triumph â€œMacedoniaâ€, Memorial house of Mother Theresa, dedicated to the world-famous missionary from Skopje, Old Bridge, the old Turkish market (â€œcharshiyaâ€), St. Spas church. Transfer to Skopje airport for departure.
